ifapGetEquivalenceAndPriceComparisonByPIC
This service performs 3 steps. In the very first step it determines whether this PIC value exists or not. Next it checks whether there exist equivalent drugs from other vendors or not. In the 3rd step it evaluates if there exists medicines of different sizes from the same vendor or not.
